LEGAL
Billing & Subscription Terms
Effective date: 13 August 2026. These terms explain who bills you, what you are charged for, and what happens when a plan changes. They form part of the Terms of Use.
1. Merchant of record
Floworx and Floworx Lite are product brands. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Stanley Fisher LLC, which is the merchant of record and the party your payment is made to. Statements, invoices and card descriptors will reference Stanley Fisher LLC. There is no separate Floworx legal entity contracting with you.
2. Plans and prices
The plans available, what each contains and their prices are those published on the pricing page, which is rendered from the product’s own plan catalog. Free is a plan and not a trial: it does not expire, requires no card, and is limited as described on that page. Individual is a single-user plan and does not support additional seats. Team includes the stated number of seats and supports additional seats at the published per-seat price. No annual plan, discount or free-trial arrangement is offered unless it is published on the pricing page.
3. Charges, currency and taxes
Paid plans are charged monthly in advance in US dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. Prices displayed should not be assumed to include sales, use, VAT, GST or similar taxes, which may be added where applicable and are your responsibility. You are responsible for accurate billing details and for any bank or currency-conversion charge your card issuer applies.
4. Payment authorisation and card data
By starting a paid subscription you authorise the operator, through its payment processor, to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription and for any additional seats, until the subscription is cancelled. Card details are collected and stored by the payment processor on its own hosted pages. Floworx Lite retains only safe metadata about a saved method — type, brand, last four digits, expiry and status — and never a full card number, security code or raw token. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file for an active paid subscription.
5. Renewal and plan changes
A paid subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled. An upgrade takes effect once the payment provider confirms it. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, so you keep what you have paid for; a downgrade that would leave more people in a workspace than the target plan allows is blocked until seat use is reduced. Adding a seat takes effect on provider confirmation; removing one takes effect at the end of the period.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for and stops the next renewal; it does not delete your workspace. Returning to Free does not delete your data, and Free-plan limits then apply again to what you can add, keep and download — so plan a downgrade deliberately and export what you need while the paid plan is still active.
7. Refunds and failed payments
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the period has begun, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. Where a charge was made in error, or where the service was materially unavailable for a sustained period, contact us and we will deal with it fairly; any remedy in those circumstances is at the operator’s reasonable discretion unless a mandatory consumer right applies. If a payment fails we allow a short grace period during which access continues before paid features are suspended; access is restored once payment succeeds.
8. Price changes
We may change published prices. A change does not affect the period you have already paid for, and affected customers will be notified before it applies to a renewal. Continuing after that notice means accepting the new price; if you do not accept it, cancel before the renewal.
9. Complimentary accounts
A complimentary account is granted by the operator for a specific reason and is provided at no charge. It is not a purchasable plan, does not appear in the public catalog, carries no payment obligation, and cannot be upgraded, downgraded, converted or otherwise changed by the account holder. The operator may end a complimentary grant, in which case the account returns to the underlying plan.
10. Billing questions
For invoices, receipts, plan changes, seat changes or any billing question, use the contact form, choose the Billing topic and identify your workspace. Never send card details, security codes or bank credentials in a message.
